SolidScripts.io provides professional digital services, including website development, custom software development, technical consulting, cybersecurity and malware-remediation services, secure systems architecture, and related support.

1. Business and Legal Information

SolidScripts.io is owned and operated by:

Juan Pablo González Camera
Registered individual service provider in Paraguay
Taxpayer Identification Number (RUC): 8664796-2
Contact email: support@solidscripts.io

2. Service-Based Business — No Physical Shipping

SolidScripts.io provides services and digital deliverables. We do not sell or ship physical products. Therefore, no physical-product return or shipping policy applies.

The specific scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, revisions, and estimated timeline for a service engagement are established in the applicable written proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, or other agreement accepted by the client (“Project Agreement”). If a Project Agreement conflicts with this Policy, the Project Agreement controls.

3. Before Work Begins

If a client cancels before SolidScripts has begun work, we may review a prepaid amount for refund. Any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable third-party fees and the value of consultation, planning, research, administration, or other services already completed before cancellation.

4. After Work Begins

Once work has begun, payments for completed work, reserved production time, approved milestones, consultations, research, designs, code, configurations, and delivered digital materials are generally non-refundable.

For milestone-based projects, a payment is considered earned to the extent that the applicable milestone work has been performed or made available to the client.

5. Client Delays and Third-Party Services

Clients are responsible for providing the content, access, approvals, feedback, and information required to complete the project. If a client does not provide necessary materials, feedback, or payment for 30 consecutive days, SolidScripts may pause the project. Restarting a paused project may require a revised schedule or quote.

Fees paid to third parties—including domain registrars, hosting providers, platforms, software vendors, APIs, payment processors, plugins, themes, fonts, stock assets, and similar services—may be non-refundable and are governed by the third party’s own terms.

6. Refund Requests and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us at support@solidscripts.io and include your name, project or invoice reference, payment date, payment amount, and a clear description of the concern.

We will review the request in good faith. If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method when practical and subject to the payment processor’s procedures and processing times.

7. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits a refund, remedy, or consumer right required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above identifies the most recent version.
